This was done with the intention of documenting Helen and Kevin’s shared experience of living and working at Green and Away. These photographs show the varying emotions expressed by Helen and Kevin each day, the ever changing weather conditions and the evolving site seen in the background of the photographs.
Helen is the co-ordinator of Green and Away and Kevin runs the bar. They have been coming every year for the past 16 years and are both Trustees. They have been married for 27 years or “an awful long time”, to quote Helen.
The Artist in Residence would very much like to thank Helen and Kevin for agreeing to participate in this artistic study of their time here.
